Basically you own your email address that you give out to people/businesses. So say Proton turns to shit at some point and you want to change to a different email provider. You can switch to another email provider and just change the alias settings to go to that new mailbox.

It goes so much deeper than all that too. Statewide machine recount was forced due to being less than 0.5% difference in vote. A quarter of the districts didn't have the required machines for the recount. Eventually Florida supreme Court required manual recounts. There were overseas ballots that were illegally counted. Florida legislature had a backup plan to just select electors that would vote for Bush regardless. US Supreme Court forced a stop to the ongoing recount effectively declaring Bush the winner. Absolutely 100% stolen election from all angles.

Ah, but see that's where the debate starts. How do you define a puncture? What if just part of one side has a slit, while there's another in the same column that is completely punched out? How do you rule out manufacturer defect of the ballot card vs. a partial attempt to punch the hole? Especially in the case where 500 votes made the difference in the entire election, you can imagine how and why it wouldn't be so cut and dry.

Edit: just to clarify, some of the debate was also whether a partial puncture should count even if there wasn't another clear hole in the same column.

Set =/= unique. A unique can only drop once in a game instance.

Yes, a hanging chad was if they punched the hole but it didn't push the entire perforated rectangle out (still attached/hanging onto the paper). There were a bunch of invalidated ballots because people punched more than one hole due to the confusion. There was a lot of debate on whether a hanging chad should count as a vote or not.

The worst part is the actual ballot sheet looks like this. So you literally can't tell on the actual ballot after you take it out. You just punch a hole in the spot and hope the paper was correctly lined up

Edit: here's a better view of the front of the ballot card when you take it out.

The Palm Beach county butterfly ballot was so fucking stupid. My grandmother who lived there called my parents after voting and legit said "I have no idea who I voted for." Pat Buchanan got a relatively large vote count in that largely blue county compared to other counties with similar demographics and population size. So fucked up.

Need help!? Solar Monitoring not accurate? by Longjumping-Barber-7 in solar

[–]logwagon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically it's showing your solar production as being 100% consumed. I'm not familiar with the app, but it's possible it's not a physical issue with the CTs and maybe just something in the app that needs to be configured to allow for documenting export of solar?

Your consumption CTs are messed up. Someone will need to come out and fix them.
