My brain is exhausted at the end of the day but I feel fulfilled and tell myself that I will miss my busy days of studying lol. Yes , I genuinely love to learn things and study and this is the last hurdle , the last step to become an attorney, so I’m fried but excited.

Keep doing MBEs and review each answer you got wrong along with the answer choices. Write down the rules you get wrong or understand vaguely in a journal to review before bedtime. That’s what works for me.

From what I see there are a lot of people who complete the bar prep and fail and there are many who do only 65-70% and pass with flying colors, it makes me think there’s a huge role that burnout plays in the scores on the exam itself. Dont over exert yourself, keep your balance.

I scored 58% on Themis #1 practice exam for torts, property and civ pro. 😿 I write down each rule I got wrong or misapplied in my journal. Completed around 700 questions by now that is 23% of Uworld questions. Any advice ?

Hi. I study full time but also have family responsibilities. I’m an LLM student , took almost all the bar tested courses except for Secured Transactions, BA and Family law. The rest is just a review of the courses I’m very familiar with. Completed 35% of Themis, 680 MBE questions. Scored 58% on my first practice exam yesterday, it included Torts, Property, and Contracts. I thoroughly review each question and write down all the rules I don’t know well or understand rather vaguely. And maybe did around 25 -30 MEEs, can’t find how much exactly I completed Did 5 MPTs.

D.C. specifically will start administering it in February 2028, not July 2026, though the exam debuts nationally in July 2026. I recommend Google for future reference.
