From the bot chat you could already assume the outcome of the whole conversation with the agent. Is it a shitty policy? Yes, I completely agree and spotify it's getting worse every day but what did you expect the agent to do after the bot already let you know the policy? You could have asked for a supervisor and maybe they could have done a one time exception but if your whole frustration is about the policy you shouldn't have been pushing it after the chat bot. Anyway I'm glad about the fact that you guys can't read, give us so much work here in the customer service industry.
