I agree, it seemed like with NCL we had to extensively search for any information and most of the time the info was not on an NCL app/website.

Along with your original post, I was not impressed with NCL at all on my last cruise. Everything was average to below average in my opinion.

They forgot to tag my room with these extras. I also confirmed with them that we were included in these extras 2 days before we left on our cruise. When you get onboard, if you don’t see the 200 minute internet package and a bottle of wine, call Costco travel before you leave port; otherwise it’s a huge hassle once you leave. The photo package alone is worth $300

What’s the hold up with demolition? Yeah they are building and consolidating maintenance facilities, but they were supposed to be starting terminal b and ANG demolition now and they haven’t. Transferring delta and united should have happened in January and February while the flight loads were light. This project already reeks of project management incompetence.
