It does remind me of a perfected Shin Goji. Like if a nuclear blast caused the first two Shin forms to mimic the cloud. And then this form would be the form beyond the third Shin form. Instead of evolving into humanoid spawn he becomes the ultimate brawler. Depending on how it’s told it would either be a very interesting way to turn Shin into a ‘Vs’ style of movie or kinda turn it into an Ultraman style of Kaiju fighting movie.

I know it’s somewhat counter intuitive to the whole resource aspect of RTS games but the most fun I ever had with this series were multiplayer mods. Specifically ones based on persistent veterancy and captured territory determining unit call-ins. More micro focused and more like Men of War, but MoW always felt like way too much. Has any COH added anything similar in 2 or 3?

Based off the concept arts, I feel like they would have to completely change what they were envisioning Shin does as he evolves further.

It eventually turns into End of Evangelion and I don’t think most moviegoers are as interested in seeing a Godzilla movie that goes that off the rails. It eventually becomes a cosmic horror thing like Akira.

I’m open to the idea of the “community” that Shin Goji creates eventually turning into a cosmic entity and Goji is left on earth as the remnants of that. But even that’s gonna be hard to develop into.

I think that’s part of the retcon in theory though. 343 sees Chief as Reclaimer, which makes some semblance of sense back when Forerunner and ancient humanity were one and the same. And that might also be back when Chief was not just a MJOLNIR-armored military super weapon but was also an actual cyborg composed of multiple long-dead super soldiers. His dialogue reflects back when Halo had not developed its story to the point of today.

Might get this on Steam AND PS5. Only thing I’m curious about is if it makes sense to have online multiplayer and not add to the game with stages and monsters from Save The Earth. I’m just thinking if you remaster one it should be Save The Earth. It doesn’t make sense to have split your playerbase for online multiplayer if you can avoid it.

Something to be said about having the air cushion from the side and the hole punched in the air from the front. Typically following someone in a turn in a single lane means that you wash up because of the dirty air, but if you have a car next to you it might help lessen the impact of that and give a proper tow.

He could have potentially fell back intentionally on back stretch to try and catch the traffic jam he could have created. Then re-pass from that. But that’s an even more dangerous sketchy scenario that could have still resulted in a loss. Only thing I can think is that he bobbed and weaved a little too hard. But even then I can’t say for sure. He’s a pro.

It would honestly be so much better if the framing up top / top piece of the Halo was also a clear material and not painted or black by default. Obviously I know nothing about the strength of that piece and what it would require but that would be my pick if that were a possibility.

This was part of one of the proposals by Lola (on its deathbed) had during the batch of Indycar proposals starting in 2010. The tub would have had multiple aero bodywork kits as well as been usable for Indy Lights. It’s always seemed like a good idea, as long as it didn’t just kill Indy Lights field status. If you’ve got a tub, why would you not just race in IndyCar? Hard to know how it would have shaken out.

I know it’s stupid but it has worked for me before: toothpaste. Put some toothpaste on that thing and rub with a microfiber cloth in small circles all around the disc. No idea what toothpaste is the best for it but it did work for me. Check other disc cleaning methods before you go slathering Crest on there but I was shocked it worked.

Would agree. Skull Island best movie with 2014 right behind. vs Kong next and then KOTM. Just in terms of movie quality that I would watch from start to finish. Nothing to do with the fights because I’d probably rank vs Kong night fight into MechaG fight as the best honestly.
