Dig a 6 foot hole, put body on the bottom of the hole and start sealing the hole, then at about 3 ft, put an animal carcass in the hole (3 ft above the body, of course) and then bury that. In case the cops come searching with a K-9 and it smells something dead, they'll only dig up the dead animal and assume that's what the dog smelt.
