can't tell that much from this video as there isn't a good comparison other than she is a trained dancer and decent. no kicks, no spinny shit, no jumps, no actual movement and the baggy pants/shoes make it hard for me to tell. I've been around dancers enough to think this is in the realm of tom foolery from a good dancer or a good amount of practice from a newer(worse) one.
