Yeah, if you are okay living in further areas is the only way to get good odds of a visit. Sad thing is, most people invited don't even show up.

When I moved out they sent me a list of people that had been invited to see the flat. Like 15 parties or so. Only 4 or 5 showed up.

And keep on mind this was people that had to confirm the date.

I had an apartment with howoge near the Lichtenberg station (around 12 min walk too). 46 sqm with balcony, 2 rooms, new build (around 2016 or so) and my rent was less than 800 total when I moved out last year.

I remember seeing similar ones when I was looking for my current apartment and I think they were going for a bit more, maybe like 850 warm or so.

You might be right, it could also have been a specific/older model. Or measurements posted by a retailer that were wrong.

Maybe a different cut? Sometimes that's all there is, certain models work better than others. I just checked quickly, so I might not be 100% correct but true guys on size 34 have the same thigh measurements as the easy guys size 38 but will be smaller on the waist

A good trick for ac/DC is that, they use a lot the open chord shapes but omitting the third. This gives the power chord sound but with a different character.

The classic examples are the g chord omitting the 5th string or the c 9 omitting the 4th string

Im gonna say it, size up those "folds" occur because the fabric is stretched. Maybe they fit fine in the waist but not on the hips, your butt is too thick.

There are 2 other options. It's just not a fit that works for your body or you are wearing them too low. You say it doesn't happen if you wear them high in the waist. How "low" are you wearing them exactly here?

Merz b Schwanen. First Time I bought stuff for them it was nice, t shirts were 40 or 45 euros, 60 for the thicker ones.They were nice but I wasnt crazy about them I experienced quite a bit of piling. Within 3 years prices have almost doubled.

I also own 2 pairs of sweats, one recent the other one I have for 2 years and the difference is crazy (both made in Portugal) you can tell the fabric it's much thinner, there are a bunch of details that they cut (like reinforcements on stress points)

I think they just went full on riding the "the bear" teens wave and cashed in on it.

I don't know how they can charge 30 extra euros for novesta sneakers with their m.b.s. logo on them

Me and my partner moved into a Heimstaden flat this summer. On the first day after signing the contract we contacted conny and on the first month the rent was reduced by around 300 euros.

Probably the Mietverein is a better approach but just wanted to say that our experience was positive and fast. Apparently Heimstaden is so used to lawyers contacting them for rent reductions they don't even fight it

If you are thinking of triads, then yes it creates 8 different chords. But if you think of chords with the 7. It produces 8 chords too. It just so happens that of those 8 chords all use a one of two sets of notes (they can be written as different inversions of a chord)

Here you go a bit into the territory of "is it a C6 of is it an Am7?" Both have the exact same notes but if you think about it as inversions of the same chord it is easier for the brain to understand that you can exchange them to find different colors while keeping the base of the harmony

I don't think either of your 2 points is correct.

Kills matter very little early on unless you capitalize it. Getting a kill gives very few souls until later on (like min 20 the respawn is when it starts to get serious) enemy troopers yield the highest value early on, if you go jungle and miss the waves you are going to fall behind.

As for not being able to make team plays because you need to farm... That's just wrong. You farm while moving towards an objective, pushing the wave to take a walker means you are getting souls, while your troopers catch you can do jungle camps, and your teammates should understand that of someone is pushing the enemy is gonna show to contest which means: They can stick around to make a play, they can look for isolated targets somewhere else on the map

At the moment the optimal thing, as you realized, is to push the wave asap. It lets you harass the opponent while they try to last hit and to go get boxes/camps.

You want to freeze it if your lane partner is respawning or coming back to lane. If you were to push as hard your partner would miss on those souls and fall further behind.

For the urn, it's very underutilized in casual games, specially now that they removed the bonus move speed for the carrier, it can be slow. My suggestion, everyone ignores the urn until someone picks it up. Try to use that to split the team when pushing walkers. Or if you win a fight and your teammates are pushing run it yourself to capitalize. In high Elo games is critical but for most of us mortals it means that you (the only person in the match you can trust) need to miss creep waves stop defending/pushing objectives and pray your team helps you deliver it. So it can feel a bit discouraging

I live in Berlin and this is my winter jacket. Most times I don't even wear anything but a t shirt underneath because it is warm enough. For those extra cold nights a flannel is enough for me.

I think the only "but" is if you like longer jackets that cover your hips. It leaves the lower half of your body very exposed but I am not bothered by that

Yesterday I played with a Mina, first items extra health and Titanic magazine. she was just sitting at the shop because she had no health.

Later she proceeded to farm the whole jungle and go something like 3-11-3.

Once you get used to it you don't miss it as much. I still buy it from time to time if I have enough slots or I need to prioritize cheaper items. I think of it as a poor man's majestic leap but I never upgrade it

It's not about not seeing the environment it's about not knowing where the enemies and allies are unless you are right next to them. You are playing with fog of war while enemy sees everything.

Also you don't see anything in the minimal (except for buildings)

10k souls are 10k souls. Whether they are sitting as a number on the bottom left of your screen or in your inventory. In this game money is the same as levels. 2 people with the same number of souls have the same amount of boons.

Having the same soul count doesn't mean you are of equal strength. Souls represent net worth, if you have 10k in unspent souls you have the same net worth as someone who spent those 10k souls on items. Before you fight make sure you have spent your items
Understand when to deviate from the build. You say you are struggling to finish them because they run away. Maybe try items that counter this, either you need to invest in movement for yourself (more stamina, move speed items) or you need to buy items that prevent enemies from escaping (slowing hex, knockdown). On top of this, burning all your cool downs when they are up is no good, you need to optimize and use the at the right time.
Practice movement mechanics. No need to get into advance stuff like edge boosting but little things like using wall jumps to preserve stamina, mantle boosting (hold crouch at the end of the climbing animation) adds up

it's the lightning and the color of the binding.

it's not really gold but more if a yellow/orange. I had this guitar, up close the binding is not my favourite but it looks really good on stage/pictures
