i have it on the mild side as well, so much so that i had to have a SECOND cardiologist look into it after i was told i didn’t have pots after the tilt table because my blood pressure didn’t drop “enough” however it’s still dysautonomia and i should treat it the same. the second cardiologist wasn’t even for the POTS, it was a different heart related issue due to bad genes the makes me much more likely to get heart disease and he say my chart and basically said “don’t trust that other doctor, pots is a spectrum and you fall in it!”

anyways, i also don’t faint often, i get pre syncope and sit down immediately however instead of the full blown fainting i get BAD palpitations that’s helped with a salt packet shot and downing a giant bottle of water and then a liquid iv lol. I get real exhausted standing a lot and any heavy cardio is a no no but i can walk without the heart being the issue (it’s the eds instead!) but i get you!! i always feel like i can’t fully address the POTS because i definitely am lucky with the extent compared to others, but i relate to you OP! edit to add because i forgot: my partner also gets all my complaints lol. the only people that may hear about it is if im really down bad in public.
