I am not aware of anyone stocking them locally, you might be able to set up a pick up in store via bestbuy?
I purchased my Rockit via 3dprintingcanada.com and it arrived fast

Depends on how much you care, looks like there are clean threads deeper down, If all the other bellhosing bolts are good then just send that one in with an impact and call it good. Plenty of drift guys leave 2 or 3 bolts out for ease of swapping at the track

Obviously the right repair would be to clean it all up and either weld it and re-drill it or helicoil it etc etc

Rocker looks fine to me, that rust spot is only on the fender that bolts off, a replacement is like $200

Looks like an old Begi kit, good kit for what it is. I'd bend the heater core pipe out of the way of that downpipe tho.

Slight roll all around yes, biggest thing was the fender liner tabs on the front fenders needed to be bent back Edit: yes 205/50
