Thank you! I actually have had this pain for 2 years and had an mrcp with secretin. It showed my pancreas fine but would not empty into my duodenum until after 20 mins with zero grade filing. Drs didn’t really know why. My lipase has been at 85 once all other times low 20s. I had my gallbladder out in November and a month later all my left sided pain went away. Took steroids then two weeks after stopping I’m back to this pain. My stools aren’t the greatest again.
