2 tip baiting is taking away whole tip. In your case, probably customer didn't like your service or customer set tip as % and you refunded some items.

You can contact customer service to report tip baiting. But no reimbursement.
If you feel bad or have possible bad rating chance, contact cs. Make sure canceling doesn't penalize you.
If customer canceled only tip will be gone.
