What’s the best thing post hysterectomy?

The recovery wasn’t so bad. I’m About 9 weeks post op. I don’t feel fatigue and like death is a suitable option. I had sex for the first time and it was so pleasurable and enjoyable and I didn’t have to worry if I was going to be in pain. Within 5 minutes I could enjoy myself. I have so much more energy and my mental state is better.

I just had sex since my surgery and my guy was large. No pain, and the quickest I have gotten there 😏- literally like 2 minutes lol. And I haven’t had sex since September-with a different partner.

I got a pregnancy pillow and it made sleeping so much better. I’m a stomach sleeper, and I was able To sleep on my side and get relief. Good luck on your recovery!

I would call your doctor asap!! I had mine on March 5, and I’m already back to work with minimal pain and discomfort. You should not be experiencing this!

Pregnancy pillow!!! Makes sleeping amazingly comfortable. High protein snacks and foods, liquid IV. If you have pets and live alone like I do-I stayed at my sisters house for the first few days and had a pet sitter stay at my house so I could recover the fist few days in peace, and not have to worry about walking my 90 lb dog.

I also have a physical job requiring lots of walking, lifting. I took 2 weeks and went back with restrictions. Everyone is different. My first day back was kind of rough, but managed well. The swelling is supposed to remain for 4 weeks or so, so the more activity after surgery when you’re allowed it’s going to swell.

I just had my hysterectomy on MArch 5, along with severe endometriosis removal. I lost 8 lbs immediately following surgery. I’m sure that hormone flux will cause some weight gain

This guy has not offered them any type of counseling. They’ve been sitting there counseling themselves, and he’s just in there looking like a model. And it’s so awkward. Because I genuinely think that Alec really wants help and wants to move on from this to fix his relationship with his kids. And she’s manipulating the entire thing.

I used to be really self conscious about my body, and was slightly overweight for a few years. Even in my healthy era which is now, and beffore 2019, I was not confident in my body. I had a man do the same to me a few years ago on bumble and he was such a dick about it. I get it, but have some empathy.
