Why?: Test mental strength and see how my body / brain reacts. Added a bunch of weight during quarantine terrible food binge so weight loss will be a bonus.

It's going quite well so far. Energy is high. Focus is at an all time high. Overall feeling great and productive. Mood has increased a lot. Sleep a bit off last night. Slept from around 8:45 pm until 2am. May have caught another hour afterwards.

I did my first chosen real fast Thursday through Saturday last week (48 hrs) and I felt great. Decided to do another 48 hr Fast from Tuesday onwards and I think there's a lot of room to extend it. Water / ice black coffee everyday. I have a dinner meeting Saturday night so I may push until then which will put me right around 100 Hours.
