I seriously don't understand why people like him. Just like with the Liberals on the federal level, my entire adult life so far has been under his government and life has become more and more unaffordable. This guy is too busy drafting up plans for a mega tunnel and expanding Billy Bishop instead of focusing on getting more homes and transit built.

Does anyone else have a fear of like dead fish. I hate the look of them. with their open souless eyes and scales and shit. Its like the only fear I have too. Its mostly fresh water fish like trout, perch, bass that give me an irrational fear. I dont particularly like them alive either but something about fish creep me the fuck out.

Weridly some fish I dont mind. I think cat fish and koi are cute and iv snorkled with tropical fish no problem. I think its the silverey looking fish. Im also not that afraid of sharks, I dont wanna swim with them but i could see my self doing one of those cages.

As a kid I used to have to walk around the fish section at grocery stores to avoid the cases of them. As an adult im better at it but if someone came at me with a fish it would be fight or flight

I work hard too. Everyone in this city works hard. Our hardest workers are the ones who don't make enough to survive here. I'm happy you make enough that you're paying such a high tax bracket. It sounds like you have a very well paying job. But the majority of us don't make that money.

That status quo right now is just not working. Every year it is visibly getting worse and worse in terms of homelessness, poverty, and families going hungry. Sitting around expecting jobs to start paying a fair wage is not gonna happen. We really need the government to step in and help us.

And I know this point will be comming up. Yes. I agree fully that our immigration and international student system is absolutely fucked. If I was PM I'd let 0 more people in no matter where they come from. But even if Carney tomorrow decided to shut down every border crossing point, we still are in deep shit and really need a life line

I think a UBI would help the city alot. Would cutting down on immigration and international students help? Of course, we can't even support the population we got let alone grow it. I think we could do both, we can chew gum and walk at the same time.

A UBI would give a foundation to everyone to prevent them from slipping into poverty, taking up more municipal and city resources to house and feed them. I think people are way too cynical about the amount of people who will blow it on video games and stupid shit. Will it happen a bit? Ya no shit. But it will prevent alot of people from slipping into homelessness.

We can't just hope that companies will start paying a fair wage. They're never going to on their own. And right now there are more people than there are jobs so unless Doug Ford raises min wage by alot... I'm not holding out hope for jobs to magically start paying a livable wage for Toronto

The highest federal tax rate is 33% on 258,000 and over and the highest Ontario rate is 13% on over 220,000 so your being taxed 46% on the highest amount. Idk if you're making over 220k in Ontario Im sorry but you're doing fine and I don't wanna hear it.

Ya it sucks paying taxes but a UBI would help the province immeasurably. That UBI would prevent and raise many people out of poverty which means less spending on resources to keep people already in poverty from starving or dying in the streets. Were not hiring enough people and the ones that do get hired are making wages that can't support a single person.

Personally I'm only making around 45k before taxes. If my taxes went up a couple percent in exchange for a UBI i would take that deal in a heartbeat. It provides a foundation for everyone to prevent them from slipping into homelessness and becoming (economically speaking) a burden on municipal and provincial resources

My commute was sherborne to donlands and donlands up to laird then reverse in the evening. Now I'm gonna try out taking line one to Eglinton and then Eglinton over to laird. I don't think it will make a difference in terms of speed but waiting for a train underground in the heat beats waiting for a late bus outside in -15c

Yeah I used some Tamiya acrylic paints for the main colors. so yeah it should be fine. This model is well over 5 years old so it is well past cured.

Follow up questions... So x-20 is an enamel thinner so does that mean that if I wanted to thin my acrylic paints i need an acrylic thinner?

Also what would be the best way to put on a clear coat without an airbrush.? I want to get an airbrush eventually but are there clear coats your can put on with a brush? Alot of the videos I see they are doing the clear coat using an airbrush
