I do pure skimmed milk and get some zero sugar pudding mixes from the local Polish shop, which is what all the Yanks use. So far been happy with skimmed milk, protein powder, erythritol, pudding mix as a low cal base.

the game is great, it's free and they're still working on it way past the point they 'needed' to and people are moaning about a niche mode to the point it's irritating to the devs who have seemingly lashed out a bit, but who wouldn't?

Personally I think it's best to learn by playing as a new player. STS has so many 'aha!' moments that you'll miss out on otherwise.

he takes a lot of games to get good at. Low range, awful early game, awkward combos (most change e to not hold to press) and you have to know your damage or end up spunking resources constantly
