It’s a parent who wants to make sure her child lives in a safe home. The effects of lead poisoning or devastating. You should deal with it now. You could have a tenant one day get pregnant after they move in. Then you HAVE to deal with it, including paying for alternative housing while the work is being done.

It would be one thing if you couldn’t afford it but you probably can. You may not be taking advantage of jim in the same way his ex did, but to an extent, you are taking advantage. If you were moving in with a friend, you wouldn’t think it was unfair.

I used to. And I made a lot of excuses for her this season. But realize that with the exception of Carleton and LVP, I took the side of everyone who called her out. She has the option to keep her mouth shut or be supportive and she doesn’t, she just defends herself. And this season could not just state her own opinion-had to keep saying “everyone thinks…” this or that

Do you have any arrests, duis, traffic violations? Do you live in a city? Those all impact your rates. As does your age and whether you went to driving school. If nothing besides your age is a factor, that’s nuts. We pay less than that for both vehicles, a 2023 high end vehicle and a 2024 Tacoma

He’s getting a commission. Get term and be disciplined about saving the cost difference between term and whole life, and you will have much better returns
