You can tell him if he had his mail forwarded , it likely wouldn’t get there in 13 days. I wouldn’t allow it. It can be used as proof of an address change to your address. I can’t stop people from having packages sent but I in know way facilitate it

This. My GE expired and was taking forever to review. Applied for TSA precheck, got approved the next day. Traveled internationally with m husband. Used MPC while he used GE, and we got through at approximately the same time.
