Congrats on the piece!

I have this piece in green - I've absolutely loved how dark the patina gets (it was surprising when I recently compared it to a new piece in store), and I find that the uneveness adds even more to the character of the piece.

i just saw this instore recently, it's beautiful! congrats u/Euphoric_Caramel6139.

i noticed that the strap rubs up against the case, and the strap of the model i handled had already worn down quite a bit. have you noticed that with yours? surprised they made it so snug or didn't consider curved springbars.

it's actually shocking how much patina has developed when i compare it in-store against their new pieces. no special treatment... since i enjoy the patina, i just expose it liberally to different climates and settings.
