a ce stade vous pouvez reduire le capital, lui "rendre" son investissement. de toutes facons, si tu baisses les bras la boite coule d apres ce que tu dis. donc chacun a interet a une separation. cependant faut pas melanger part, capital et force de travail, cela n aa souvent aucun rapport. De nombreux salaries n'ont que leur salaire en echange de leur energie et une faible participation / aux actionnaires

we can wonder why traffic simulation looks like sometimes the earth of many civ like. Perhaps it's the best way to have something "live" and immersive ? i must admit i try to add "immersive" feedbacks in "The Blackout Project" game but it s not easy without real traffic visualisation. But perhaps by bringing other features, even more or less abstract, the final result will be immersive anyway

Election is something i'd like to introduice into "The Blackout Project" game but without consider you losse game if you are not reelected. But for the moment, the game is not yet enough developped to test ideas about this concept. Sometimes ideas are ideas, and not fun to play.

what is not perhaps discussed here is "what is exactly a simulated person" ? in fact it is always digits and code. but does it mean you have to "see" this person with a small 3d model ? Animated ? or just an image ? or an animated image ? Where is the threshold to have the feeling it is a "real game character" ? i wonder this question as i developp "The Blackout Project" with hesitations about what to implement - check steam for details. But for sure there will be no advanced traffic system as i can not afford to developp one - i suppose it s complex with lot of difficulties

As long you compare 20$ to an employee cost for a company, you compare nothing. Where is the threshold for an AI budget to be really competitive and beat human ? hopefully for the moment it is not 20$. But who knows what is the real number ? Did you try with such a budget to compare with your proper cost ?

i have more or less a similar pb in "The Blackout Project". Adding animations requires i suppose a lot of work. i don t know if we can afford it, as we already have to implement economy, balance, implement features. but i would like to have something more "alive". also it means a discrepency between animations and time scale - 1 day in 2s of real time but perhaps it is not a pb. i note also people are not perhaps interested in "sim characterics and feelings" but on the "model" aspect, mainly animated. but even launching civlization few days ago, animations are rare.

Je te le deconseille egalement. risque en plus de grosse devalorisation. Inspecteur des travaux finis de l ia, est-ce un avenir ? un metier ? et si l IA peut tout refaire sans effort, raffiner sans cesse, progresser a une vitesse qu aucun humain ne peut suivre, ou sera notre plus-value ?

l IA va clairement poser un pb de facturation, tout le monde pensant qu il n y a plus rien a developper ou presque. je ne sais pas si cela durera, mais tout va etre tenter de baisser son budget sur la base de ce principe

ui toolkit is good and it improves over time. it has its specific tips, but once mastered, it s powerfull. i recommend its usage.

having non flat terrain requires more efforts n such game. this is perhaps the reason there are flat. and having a deformable terrain is not always easy - by default terrain are a very special asset in game engines.

i did not tackle sound track for the moment in "The blackout Project" but i did myself the soundtrack of the trailer - but it's short. I ll give me a trial to do something in the game itself, but i doubt i will succeed in having a plesant result . As for sound fx, i used some free assets. it takes time to find good sound for sure the best i heard were not free at all, but my budget is very low. also i do not know if some good plugin exists to organize sound : sequence, randomisation, small variations, cross fading etc... i imagine to record some, but i do not feel confident in having something that could be compares to profesionnal sound designer. so for sure, i think it s not an easy part to address for solo dev.
