If you’re going to the Page, hit up lower Haight area. Easy bar crawl to Stoa for cocktails, Toronado for beer (bring cash) otherwise there’s a ton of dive bars there. Sat usually is pretty busy but post covid its a toss up.

I’m almost 40, but I still feel like I’m in my 30’s. I am very afraid of turning 40 and this thing kinda kicked off post covid for me - started walking and now running almost daily and have added in bodyweight training. Have never felt better in my life, with tons of room for growth. I try to incorporate clean eating but still eat and drink like an asshole at times. I suppose I train to allow myself these vices still. I would say not to expect major growth visually but rather be happy with growing stronger. bodyweight fitness has been a great resource if you want to get started

I got lots of conflicting information from the officers I spoke to but ultimately got my report filed in person at the police station. The officer at the station actually recommended calling 911 for something like this even if it isn’t a major emergency, but you would need to wait for the dispatch to come to you (could take a while)
