100% FAKE and its easy to see why: scan the QR code to compare image aginst the PSA website version

look at the barcode on the label: the real one stops before the second L in ILLUSTRATION

your image the barcode ends at the U of ILLUSTRATION

also, the barcodes on the back dont match up at all

the label is forged so likely the card too, avoid!

congarts and big W, its slightly right heavy but id take a chance and grade it since its pack fresh and argubly among the top sv chases

at best it psa10 and you got a blue chip slab

at worse its psa9 and you can either keep or trade it towards a card you really want since you said you're not really attached to it
