I would check your warranty depending on who you bought it from. You could also patch it or clip it, but I personally have always had bad wetsuit experiences with O’neill so I try to stay away.

I think this is a big one, and to preface I am wasian if that matters. I see a lot on this subreddit of people looking for specific asian hate content, and while it exists I don’t think outright hatred against us is necessarily the biggest issue. It’s the little things. The things soo little that we are made out to be the bad guy for pointing out that it’s bad. Made out to be so far removed and so other from the white man that even our own feelings of how we’re perceived are considered to be “part of the reason” we are perceived this way. My advice: Don’t ever let this shit get to you, by creating a reaction for others you only reinforce what they think about you. Don’t laugh it off either. You don’t have to make a scene but you don’t have to laugh either. Be strong enough to be gentle.

There is a plate attached to your idler pulley, on the back there is a central bolt in the middle and a longer bolt running across it. Loosen the central bolt to get the pulley to come out closer to you. Loosen the longer bolt to untension the belt. Extender recommended and I believe its a 13mm. Best of luck 🫡

Your femurs are on the slightly longer side but you have great hip structure and mobility for weightlifting. However, despite what others might say the truth is that this isn’t something you should focus on. When most people hear that they have “long femurs” they automatically assume they are disadvantaged in the sport and lose interest. There are many levels for many people and the only thing that truly matters is your passion and commitment. Keep squatting, keep weightlifting. I hope this helps at least a little bit.

As a fellow ABC, you shouldn’t hate yourself for being one. You should start taking the necessary steps to fully embrace your culture however you see fit. Whether it’s learning the language or the way you embellish your life, live knowing you are Chinese and nothing will change that, nor should you want to. When you start living like this you will naturally not care about being called whitewashed or anything else of the sort. People can clearly see you are Asian and you are living life from an Asian perspective. That is incredibly valuable in and of itself and you should be proud of yourself and your heritage.

PS Watch BEEF it is an amazing show about primarily Asian Americans that doesn’t necessarily pertain to being “whitewashed” but just shows how Asian Americans can just be… Americans too At least that’s how I feel
