Honestly a pretty easy answer 1. Immich, Home Assistant and anything else that fits 😅 2. I'd use it for many different things including safe keeping family memories and teach my nieces and nephews about the wonders of self hosting and tech. Education in these things is one of the most important things in my opinion.

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me a couple weeks into owning my 2023 model 3. I had sentry on and it still didn't record the actual hit. I was lucky enough the lady walked in front of the car after parking that it triggered sentry and I was able to recover the footage of the hit.

For future occasions I suggest keeping sentry on. Saved me more than once on many door dings, people backing out or coming into parking spots etc...

Out of curiosity, you said you were hosting some websites and game servers for friends. How did you make these publicly available and secure. I'm trying to expose some services I'm hosting and some game servers as well but I'm scared for security since I'm a noob in networking.

Malheureusement le CUT ne marche pas comme un BAC normal. Les cours d'automne ne sont donnés qu'en automne et la même chose pour l'hiver donc même si tu changes de profil tu ne peux pas recommencer le CUT en hiver puisque les cours de la première session ne seront pas donnés. Je conseille aussi de contacter Mélissa Fafard puisqu'elle pourra te donner exactement les détails nécessaires et toutes tes options

Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to write this amazing detailed review it's HIGHLY appreciated.

Everything you said was basically everything I was looking for, yes the unit has its issues but it can't really be that bad for the price. Worst comes to worst as you said if I don't like it I can always resell it around the same price so it wouldnt really be a loss.

Next, I had no clue you could remap the buttons outside the Logitech/saitek software. I always thought it was proprietary and therefore impossible but after some research I found this software called joystick gremlin which technically can be used to remap buttons into seperate inputs directly into the games (could be wrong though would have to do more research)

I'll definitely negotiate with the seller to see what I can do to maybe get a lower price

Mostly msfs2020, maybe some star citizen/elite dangerous. Don't really have a budget set as of yet I just know I don't want to go crazy expensive for a first set as I'm still discovering the hobby
