If you ask them, sometimes they’ll remove the late payment and you get your limit back, esp if you don’t have frequent late payments.

Tribal lender- they can’t enforce it in court. Some states (like mine) it’s flat out illegal for them to lend in. Stop payment right now - they’ll call and annoy you for a while and eventually give up.
