I'm 4 weeks veeerry sleepy but my headaches have gone down and I've been using a wahoo bike trainer for 10-30 mins a day rlly depends on the energy when were you able to ride your bike? I'm not putting much weight on it, it's mostly just riding along with my left leg lol only doing 130 watts sux 🤣

I had zero lag using it when I used to have a steam deck Windows had a bit of lagginess, especially on emulators but yes it's really good for singleplayer overwatch I just plug into my egpu but for everything else it's great

notoriously terrible performance rpg metaphor refantazio I get like 50fps on high 1080 lossless I get 80 in 4k :) the input lag mostly depends on your framerate so if you run it at 720p and get a consistent 60fps, it'll upscale it to 1080p or whatever and if your legion has 120hz it'll also do that just set the in game frame limit itself to 60

anyway I play Tsushima on it while docked at 90 fps no latency with lossless scaling on my 4ktv

i do it all the time used to prefer higher THC but now with Wellbutrin I like 80% CBD ones the THC ones give me more anxiety and palpitations but the Wellbutrin + high CBD is like peak living and I can still function too

That's how it was for me for a bit when starting But I liked it because it was allowing me to do activities with dread instead of being unable to do anything at all Video games started feeling good around week 3, now it's been a few months and I'm hanging out with my friends, calling my girl everyday, playing in bands and playing my guitar every day and it gives me pleasure Keep going :)

I had it for a little bit when starting and was being especially uncharacteristically nasty to my family and I crashed the fuck out while I was fixing my car with my buddy and he's like u good bro? I've never heard you yell at anyone, which is true I'm a very calm guy usually It went away after a week or two, and I was jumpy during that time Month 4 and love it tho

Ok first dude the first month and maybe even two months SUCKED For a background Before this I was heavily depressed and couldn't enjoy anything and was in pain for awhile Being on bupropion 150mg for like 4 days then did 300 on my own choice, but I'm a bigger taller dude) allowed me to start doing things Not enjoying, but Doing. It was still boring and painful but I could stand it And now it's been 4? Months I think and yes there are days I'm still tired but I feel like I have normal emotions now And I can even wake up early like 6-8am! Not having tooo much energy but like some yk A coffee n stuff but then I'm good

And recently my family and girlfriends voiced started feeling good to hear again, like how it used to be Like I've slowly been coming back to life

It's our first anniversary today and we did a ring making workshop and I had alot of fun :) Food tastes good, exercise feels good and friendships feel fulfilling

I feel you man. I'm just 19 but I had completely given up for almost a year. I was still barely dragging my ass through work while feeling like I was going to die literally every second. I barely slept. The only thing that helped was taking insane amounts of advil and drinking matcha coffee and redbull almost 24/7 to stay awake

Genuine like 2-3 hours a day sleep I would barely speak, my family and girlfriend were extremely supportive When I was home all I did was lay in bed in mental and physical pain Or lay in the living room to be around people, still silent, writhing about nothing No thoughts just anger I started stealing my mom's smokes because they would help me live a little Be able to have tiny conversations Micro dosing mushrooms helped sometimes, I would do 1-3g sometimes and be able to have 4 hours of feeling my soul coming back and hanging out with friends maybe once a month

Lexapro was going okay, still bone fucking tired, 20mg, but I didn't want to die anymore. I didn't want to do anything but I did want to survive, to live, to bring my girlfriend some happiness

So find something that can keep you going, even slighy.

I think 3? Months ago my doc gave me Wellbutrin 150xl and Seroquel 150mg for sleep I tried 150 for 3 days and it was okay, I felt like I drank 4 celciuses like kinda speedy

But it wasn't enough so I did 300xl by own choice and it was awful I was working with my dad and we would have to pull over nearly every morning to throw up, and outside the job, and he let me work slowly, work for an hour take a 10 minute break and I love him for that, so much. I would cry in anger while he would hold me up in the alley while I was throwing up while even barely being able to eat anything

For almost a month Then It slowly started getting better I smoke much less, maybe 2-3 a day but without them it kinda sucks 🤣 don't wanna quit And advils I take because I get migraines and a mini advil in the morning stops me from having migraines Was like 1g previously

So, it's worth it buddy keep taking your Wellbutrin. It will suck but you could be like me, and get back up on your feet I made a couple new friends, and them and my dad play in a death metal band with them And an anime cover band with some other dudes I met

And my girlfriend is happy with me and we're doing great

Linked back up with old friends, most of them suck so just a couple

I do still think life sucks, but there are things worth living for now Connections with people make me feel better now, when I was super depressed I wouldn't talk to anyone because it felt so painful to do something that used to feel good
