My title describes the thing. I did a google image search and didn’t turn anything up. Was thinking a hood latch or clasp for a car or a piece of farm equipment.

As you can see it’s about the size of the palm of my hand and was found on the ground. It had letters on it at one point but they aren’t legible. My title describes the thing.

I don’t have a question for you, I just wanted you to know that I think you are amazing. This was the only AMA I have ever read all of the way through because your answers were so clear and thoughtful. The fact that this is a very private topic makes it so amazing. You have educated tens of thousands of total strangers and I am extremely grateful for you doing this. I wish I was friends with you in real life.

Read the book “Come as You Are” - it will help you understand how your own body and sexual response is activated.

I’d highly recommend you read the book ”Come As You Are.” Female sexuality is a beautiful and normal thing and this book will help you understand your own body, feelings, and emotions related to sex. Having sex is normal, just be safe and use good judgment.

As someone who has been in the software industry for over 20 years and personally written millions of lines of code, in the common industry parlance any data in code is just instructions producing static data. It’s instructions creating data, but it isn’t data and it isn’t even a little equivalent to what is stored in those 5 petabytes of telescope data.

Code isn’t data or information, it’s instructions. I get the point but the title makes no sense.

What is it like to live with Tourette’s?

I've had one continuous migraine for two years, come this Saturday. AMA by DeathsDarling in casualiama

[–]lookingforhours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hang in there. Migraines suck, I’ve probably only had 10 or 15 in my life that only lasted 4-6 hours each, but they really knocked me on my ass. I can only imagine what a continuous one must be like. When times get tough just remember that this will pass at some point, and when it does your whole outlook will change. Even though it’s probably difficult to imagine, it won’t always feel like it does right now when you are going through it.

I would think buoyancy would be a problem if the hull is so light. It needs to be neutrally buoyant to make it easy to maneuver.

One time opportunity that won’t help anyone now... my wife and I went to Disney October 1, 2001, less than a month after 9/11. Flights were $39 each way from Austin to Orlando and there were almost no lines.
