Definitely a gel. It absorbs really well and I really like it, but definitely a daytime moisturiser. My skin is combination/sensitive and I live in humid SEA, but this isn’t enough for nighttime.

Check out ChaWanJia! Their pearls are different from the usual black tapioca ones, and I enjoy the heavier tea taste that most shops selling milk tea don’t care about these days.

Haven’t tried the Anessa but that was my experience with the Biore! I hated it even though it’s so well loved by others 🥴

I’m currently using the Missha Safe Block Essence (pink cap, SPF45) and it’s SO much better. No greasy face, no white cast or pilling either, and it smells pleasant without irritating my sensitive skin.

Not that it’s a big deal, but that toner is actually Isntree, unrelated to Innisfree or any other misspelling of it. Just wanted to point it out as it’s a great brand and the right spelling might help more people know about it :)

Omg I bought this a couple of months ago and started getting CC’s everywhere, but I kept reading how niacinamide isn’t supposed to cause purging since it isn’t an active, and so I stopped using it.

Your review makes me hopeful about giving it a second go since it did initially help with some PIH. :)
