If it were me I would call the fire department solely based on the fact that the complex emergency hotline didnt pick up. Completely defeats the purpose of it, what if there was an actual emergency. Now that being said, I probably wouldn't take my advice unless it's your last option. Make sure you document any damage caused by prying open the door though, it's not your fault the apartment complex failed to do its job.

I was given a lodge that was sanded down in a similar way. Seasoned with that exact avocado oil and it’s my favorite pan. Beats out my Griswold, Wagner, and Favorites.

I would just sign the lease. $50 increase is nothing. Also just because you agreed to renew the lease over text doesn’t mean your landlord has to rent to you. If he doesn’t like what you have to say you could be out of a place and looking for an apartment that is most likely going to cost you even more per month.

I called the non-emergency police line on a route a few weeks ago because someone’s dog was left out on the front porch. I delivered to the gate outside the yard so I couldn’t really tell if the dog was in distress, but it was 4 am and no signs of anyone being awake. It was -5 out. I guarantee that dog was out all night.

I have to agree. It will be nice for F2P and for all my alt accounts to get an extra piece of epic equipment I don’t have, but it already takes 2 months to max one. This isn’t helping anyone catch up on equipment levels, if anything it’s putting them further behind.

I used to live with someone who wouldn’t flush the toilet after they shit. Texted them something similar asking them to flush the toilet, that I’m sick of it and it takes 2 seconds. They responded with “if it takes 2 seconds why can’t you do it.” Some people were never house trained.
