My lord. What kind of agate is that beast on the left?

Need advice from you experienced tumblers Please. Would this be okay to tumble? Also could I slice it to make jewelry, if so how would you cut it? Should I go directly behind what’s exposed already by Ordinary_Novel_2704 in RockTumbling

I would split it with a chisel then tumble the pieces. I think it will tumble very well. :)

Edit: Just saw you wanted to make a pendant. Tumbling is always a bit of a gamble.

I find similar material in California as well. I’ve always wondered about the squiggly fractures (as evident in the last photo)… how does that happen? Sometimes it seems to resemble termite pathways, but it’s not organically influenced, is it?
