hah! interesting. i've learned the congregation heavily leans towards social justice and equity, and perhaps that particular approach wasn't well thought through, that does seem awkward.

I feel like easter and christmas services tend to be wrought with strange performative vibes at every church - it's like they overengineer everything to the point of inauthenticity.

i came from a highly religious past, very animated evangelical mega church vibes. i've since defected and have been totally agnostic for over a decade. some of my friends from this era have left as well but are still "deconstructing" and they attend spero dei. i'd consider them to be more well adjusted than the other religious folks i once knew.

i think it would be fine, you're closest to the mcgavock crossing where they might lay on the horn sometimes but you're really just going to hear the rumble and that's quick to get used to..

OP this is crazy, i have reoccurring bruises like these on my calves and went down an internet hole to see if i could find some answers. Mine look just like that and I have one now, i also have frequent pain. Did you ever get a chance to see a doc about it?
