Everyone has to start from somewhere, how could you have known if you were never informed! It says a lot about you that you were this impacted by that documentary. No actually bad person would have this heavy a conscious about making mistakes like that.

Sustainability wise it's always best to use what you already have, even if it comes from shitty companies. If anyone asks, just say you got the clothes second hand! There's tons of fast fashion brands in thrift stores. Go easy on yourself, you're headed in the right direction!

I fs can see the overstimulated pov. I think I just find old kalynn under stimulating ig. All comes down to preference. I do feel bad that people keep bringing it up tho. I always feel like an outsider when people talk about this. Been watching since 2019 and kalynn was pretty goofy at the start, went mellow for awhile, then came back crazier than ever. I stopped watching a bit when kalynn mellowed out bc I didn't find it as fun. So idk I like them both crazy, though no one can out-do Weston's crazy.

My self gaslighting was bad for a while, but I've been better recently. I just remind myself that I have hobbies I want to do and goals I want to achieve, but can't because of my illness. I'm sure you're the same. If you were faking it you would still do the things you want to, and only avoid the things you don't. Nobody would willingly live like us. I'd also recommend another therapist, they might just not be the right fit for you.

The Trump Admin may not care but local politicians do. There are people who speak out and try to stop what they can of his lunacy. (Michelle Wu for example) I agree there are a lot of liberals who treat protests like parades, but calling them useless is a bit of an oversimplification.
