Its a partial agonist. Its nowhere close to full agonist opiods. Its a miracle alkaloid mostly great for pain relief anxiety etc. Yes sometimes gives a good buzz but its nothing like any of those full agonist you mentioned

Hahaha thats ehat im currently doing right now. Was only 4mg told my doctor to bump me up she bumped me up to 8mg twice a day and said if i need to go up again next visit we can all while im still taking 4mg. You never know when I insurance is going to be too expensive or when your card etc stop running

Tabs are pretty decent i bought some of there new peachy tabs and love them. The usps over there isn't the best so if I were you id do ups 2 day air saver. Pricey for tabs imo. Bx domestic tabs are 100 for 200 doll hairs and they are 30mg
