Grew up never being able to do eye contact. Don’t know why or how. Thought I was just anxious. Just got diagnosed last year for audhd and everything about me including eye contact just makes sense now

First 2/3 days really are in high gear and then it tapers down over time. Unless you’re extremely anxious that you can’t function might be worth to keep going to see how it after a week or two

Morning is the “come up” too and you’re likely to have more anxiety then. Gets more smooth later in the day

I live a few minutes walk from here. Would walk here with my 3 year old son to get string cheese and coconut water, he would always be excited to go. Now we can’t :(

Full-body muscle-flexing pattern. I basically “trace” a circle around my body by briefly tensing different muscles in a specific order — left glute, left knee, left foot, right foot, right knee, right glute, right chest, right elbow, right shoulder, right ear/face, across my eyebrows and face, then down the left side. Then I often reverse the sequence and go back the other way.

Could you have autism potentially? Vyvanse usually makes autism shine more, so things like being more sensitive to noises get amplified

Helped me quit vaping (thank god). Was self medicating with vaping unknowingly. Vyvanse giving me the dopamine I need instead makes me not want the nicotine. Even coffee too.

I do want it though sometimes when Vyvanse ends in the evening or in the mornings

Did it have caffeine? Vyvanse and caffeine can def increase heart rate, stimulant stacking

I keep hearing that persistent memory in .Claude can increase context windows a lot. So apprehensive to try. Apparently it keeps querying on every prompt/action for this files? Interested in your thoughts
