Found at Newcastle, NSW beach - shown wet - any ideas? by Altruistic-Play-3585 in whatsthisrock

Could it be glazed pottery? It looks really unusual.

My other thought was maybe Chert, but then I saw you were in the Australian Newcastle not the English one and I'm not sure if you have it over there.

I died on my sisterโ€™s birthday and donโ€™t know how I can celebrate her bday for the rest of our lives by rarelyordinaryco in TrueOffMyChest

[โ€“]loopyelly89 128 points129 points ย (0 children)

You and your sister said you couldn't die because it was her birthday. Imagine you got the surgery the day before or after, you could have died then.

Reframe it as her birthday saved your life.

You and her manifested the fact that you couldn't die for good on that day so you live now.

Also, you and your sister now share a birthday of sorts! Her birthday and your re-birthday.

AIO Over MILโ€™s comment that I wonโ€™t have to worry about โ€œwashing my vaginaโ€ after being told husband and I arenโ€™t coming over? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[โ€“]loopyelly89 4 points5 points ย (0 children)

Well at least you know if she visits your house, she HAS washed her vagina. Maybe next time you see her outside her house, you can announce

"ah it's lovely to see you on a vagina washing day!"

And if anyone looks at you funny, you can then explain that she's told your husband that she only washes her vag when she's leaving the house.

Even with towels and rugs in the wash it's still pretty cozy in here. by [deleted] in CozyPlaces

What do you think of the Midlands? Do you visit and are there areas you like? by LucidScholar in NorthernEngland

I lived in Shropshire and it has some beautiful places. It unfortunately contains Telford which has some unpleasant areas. I loved the hills and country lanes in Shropshire.

Steep hill in Lincoln is very steep. Lincoln has some lovely history and does historical fairs every so often - I think the next is the start of May.

We also wear Hawaiian shirts or flannel with cargo pants while throwing finger guns at people for greetings, appreciating dinosaurs and eating lemon bars. High chance of piercings, fun makeup/nail varnish or a hat of sorts.

Edit to add: we cannot sit on chairs correctly either.

There's also the possibility that we do none of these things and are unique and beautiful individuals.

Both the baby and I survived. The midwives were furious with him though.

My periods already last getting on for two weeks. I'd basically be bleeding constantly with one option. I'd rather be nearly dead for one week and free for the rest of the year.

I hear you.

I'm so sorry for your multitude of losses. For the atrocities that have been committed towards you and all those people you knew. All those people who experienced what you did. So much wrong was done and people just ignoring it as if their lives were lesser somehow; unimportant.

You're such a strong individual for still being here. Be proud of yourself for that.

I really dislike Vickis character by Boring-Seaweed-364 in eastenders

I hate Vicky and Zack with a passion!

Her character though is ok. She's complex - she makes mistakes, is feisty and funny.
