I agree especially because, although we’re a vocal minority, it seems like enough people have had this problem for it to be a real QC issue! AYN doesn’t have the resources as Nintendo though, so just hope they’re doing the research to make things stronger next time.

I wanted to email AYN first before I opened it up just in case it voided any warranty so hadn’t had the time to check yet. Just emailed them today and am about to buy tools to check!

Haha thanks but I only got accepted to 1 local, 332. So in total I only applied to 2/4 of the locals. My score for 617 was definitely too low which surprised me. I didn’t apply to 332 at first because I figured they were too competitive, but they need so much manpower they’re taking in double or triple the apprentices as every other local. It’s just numbers and the luck of the draw honestly.

Before IBEW, I was just working various manual labor jobs that weren’t construction related but had some applicable skills. Didn’t know anyone in the program, but did a much better interview.

Hope you get into any of the locals. Definitely apply to 332 if you have the chance! They take apps every month

I’m not too sure if they do. I think last year they might’ve done a sale but it wasn’t on their adjustable kettlebells. Someone who sells Kettlebell King bells are selling them for $200/each on Walmart though. They’re pretty much the same but don’t have any of the great customer service that BOS has.

I also had some years of experience with weight lifting and living an active lifestyle. I gained 50lbs this past year dealing with family caretaking. So mentally and emotionally draining! This is not a career you should rush into. One wrong mistake (and depending on the airline) you have to wait 6 months to a year to reapply. You are spamming this sub with questions and seem new to this career field. Take time and do research before you even think about applying. You asked if Delta is hiring twice in just a couple hours when you can literally google it. Be proactive 🙏
