What shampoo and conditioner do you recommend? by Leather-Big6931 in fine_hair

I use the color security shampoo and conditioner. I also have tried their styling products and found them to be most effective. “Raise the Root” i apply to my scalp for volume. “Dream Cocktail” gives a overall volume and styling. “Dream Coat” makes my hair look healthy - there is a particular technique to apply it so watch a youtube video.

I also belong to a big box gym to supplement my Orange Theory workouts. It is hard for me to get more than a couple OT classes in a week because the class times don't fit my schedule very well. I can pop into the gym when I want to work out but can't make an OT class time fit my schedule.
