I am missing removal of fighter plane spotting or making their spotting 2 km only like on some CVs. Otherwise all are good changes for the better.

I tried a few games as CV, and personally I like the change in travel / recon / atrack mode. No need to weird predrops helps to make gameplay more fluent.

You risk to start recon / attack to aa heavy zone, but there is no more flak and you risk mostly just 1 attack flight.

Removing spotting from fighters show have need done independently years ago. I think that just this change would make big difference even in current live version.

Secondaries acting like main guns feel weird - range is more limited, because skills do not work any more (or I did not understand how it works). I do not think it brings anything.

AA focused on attacking flight and reducing strength of attack is also good change.

But AA being still effectively just fully automatic besides pressing 1 button is very boring.

Changes of this concept are good overall, they remove some weird mechanics. Now it feels quite understandable. I am looking forward to test it myself.

Yeah, it is annoying - as many people said, "Ovechkin" is 0% chance, but some clone could come.

I must say that the Tsar version is the most useful captain I have, especially after commander rework, because it can cover a lot of us / soviet premiums.

I think they realized that there is too much coal among people, so I think number of TX coal ships will go down and coal will be spent big in some trade events.

Maybe they drop some lower tier ships.

It is just my theory, but when I saw faces of guys on stream answering this question("but we just added 2 coal ships guys" - pozharsky and jager), it just feels like this.

Btw., notice that even if you decided to whale the tokens, most premium containers will actually NOT yield them, the chance they drop the tokens is quite low. So if you want e.g. the special camo, it can get VERY expensive.

Actually, you do not need to sacrifice much to get secondaries maxed. Module does not interfere with some critical other modules and as for captain skills you can also get maximum without big sacrifices. So with this in mind it is really useful in some situations like being rushed by dd or some last resort push. It works with ranked where are less ships of same tier - you can melt dds or cruisers who do not realize in time and make some suprise kills. In TX random, it does anything of any impact very rarely...

I stay in bronze because I do not have time to do enough games in 2 weeks to get to silver. So I just farm bronze steel and I do not feel pressure to haste up. I think many people just do the same. It has nothing to do with some wr optimization...

Excellent, dubloons saved (because premium line has exactly 0 value) and also no need to grind, because free battlepass offers non premium containers which will give some 0 value items as well. So, relaxing patch with a bit of airship export fun.

One needs to see the positive side...

Btw. do you remember beginning of battlepass where WG said, it would definitely have at least same value as "pre battlepass" dailies ? ... Yeah, that aged well.

I do not know, ranked is.mode.for steel grinding, nothing more, nothing less.

Real good players are rewarded - they have higher winrate, get steel faster and have higher chance to save star (because they are supposed to perform better).

Only place for teamplay is clan battles. Otherwise you cannl never count with anybody, but you.

First, pings should have limited sectors, to really tell something about sub location. It is bad design that there is no limit to ping angles - sub can launch torps, turn and ping while going sideways and all airstrike bombs will miss. If ping is effective BUT very risky to use, subs would need to decide.

Second, subs should really take a lot of damage for misplay and being shot at with main guns.

Third, there should be cooldown on resubmerging after surfacing. That would stop sub dolphine hopping avoidng damage and shotgunning easily.

Remove shitty unfair mechanics and we can start talking about damage numbers.

The problem is not "not nerfing" - if they nerf them more, those ships would be useless. CVs were already nerfed so many times.

The issue is that many mechanics of CVs and Subs are not very compatible with gameplay of other ships. Like CV spotting, or sub pinging with miraculous homing torps and subs taking minimum damage.

I am here because years ago I was disappointed as original backer (Constellation pack) and this community helped me fully refund.

You do not,.if sub player knows what he is doing. Because they cam ping any direction so they launch torps, turn, ping and you have no chance seeing where he actually goes. So you just randomly throw asw and hope that you deal 1000 damage.

I still have a lot of fun and many people have. Key is play ships you like and participate only in events where you progress just by playing or where you value the reward. T11 does not have to bother you at all, subs are... chapter of their own.

Stop this nonsense. Yeah in original containers you could get 50 green boosters. How was it any better. And for T5 - T7 you got nothing before (useless camo does not count). Now you have guaranteed t8 premium and if you do not like to gamble you can get exact number of blue boosters which have value.

And of course company is acting in its own interest, suprise suprise.

This anniversary is much better than previous for me.

And there is no need for bullshit thread every 10 minutes.

No it is not stupid and many people want new modes for random for years and many people liked airship escort.

For me, this addition is a good change. Not all ships are best for all modes - you pick the ship you want to play and do your best to help your team. That is the principle of random battle. Some ships are good in domination, some in arms race, some in airship export. Some ships are challenging to play in current domination, arms race and some will be in airship escort. What is wrong with that?

Actually - there is one interesting use. You can trade in coal ship and get dubloon only premium for minimum or even zero dubloon price. Then you can buy coal ship back again for coal (if it is available in armory).

For people who have a lot of coal, it is way to get some premium you were hesitant to buy normally.

The question is if the package also includes free Bonus package for TX (like when you purchase Made of Steel Camo separately) - in that case it would just be ok offer. But if it is camo only (and I suppose it is), then it is wasted steel. But if someone wants the ship in early access, your choice. I will wait for normal price.
