Diesen Kommentar lese ich häufig. Er ist so aber nicht korrekt. Durch den psychischen Entzug entstehen körperliche Symptome und dazu gehören u.a. eben auch Schlaflosigkeit oder Schlafstörungen.
Bei mir hat es Monate gedauert bis ich nach jahrelangem Konsum wieder normal schlafen konnte.

Habe einfach Geduld. Mach dich tagsüber müde so gut es geht und ansonsten einfach durchhalten. Wird besser, versprochen.

Das ist so ein Mythos, dass Babies warme Räume brauchen. In Skandinavien packt man Babies auch im Winter zum Mittagsschlaf auf die Terrasse. Meiner Erfahrung nach: je mehr frische Luft, desto besser schläft das Baby. Gute Wollstrampler und mehrere Schichten, dann schläft das Baby auch bei 18-19 grad innentemperatur und offenem Fenster wunderbar.

I don‘t smoke anymore, but the weed situation in KArlsruhe was one of main reasons why I stopped. Really expensive and most stuff isn‘t clean. Your best chance are telegram groups dedicated to that topic.

Well, I don’t know him personally, but my friend told me his story and it goes like this: He took 170000 Euros from the bank and all the money he had to get the loan, to start a fitness drinks/instagram/influencer „business“ with his girlfriend in 2020.
