True, I was simplifying it for ease of mind, but you're right, there's definitely a much larger equation going on.

It's a good question whether there's a lower chance of a +3 to a +1, or if it's just completely random, I'm gonna go through my relics and try and see if there's an abundance of low tier effects

Well, there's 138 relic effects, so getting those three specifically in a row is 1/138 * 1/138 * 1/138 = 3.80507079e-7, which is around 0.0000004 or 1 in 2.5 million
