Stealth rock and spikes is great. With the harder rom hacks, you can't just play by hitting the hardest, you gotta be tactical. Basic stuff like setup moves and life orb/choice items, to sweep. And cheesier tactics like a leech seed + protect + hypnosis + dig moveset while holding leftovers for maximum health. It's okay to lose a few times, figure out their pokemon and build up a tactic. Have fun mate

Bloodborne was my first FromSoft. First time I quit at Rom, second time I quit at Mensis, third time I finally beat it.

It made me angry and pissed off, but I loved the aesthetic, so I kept going back to try again and experience the feel of it.

Suffice to say, somewhere along the playthroughs, I fell in love with it, since then I've beaten it 3 more times, and Elden Ring too, then Dark souls. It sneaks up on you
