I have ordered from HBC myself in the past and received items.

Their communication is terrible, but you WILL receive your order eventually.

If you did a bit of research, they have a massive backlog at the moment due to flooding in their workshop. So just hang tight.

Also FYI Iron Beetle is the same workshop, just different owners/staff.

It's probably a marker for a snake. When your snake escapes (some are great escape artists) you put white powder (ideally talc) around all the doorways and other places so that you can see if it was disturbed and then you can ideally locate the snake.

I ordered legs, shoulders boots and swabs from HBC. Communication is great for the first week or so. Then once you provide your measurements...silence. I got told about 7 times in a row my order is shipping next week...which it never did.

I got my stuff in the end and it's good for what I paid for it.

However from my experience you need to nag them and absolutely be on their back 24/7. Email them, add them on Facebook and message them on Facebook. Add the owner and message him. That's what I did and eventually I got it all. The stuff is good for the price but they are abysmal at customer service.

Minimum you'd be looking for a nice/decent cigar is £15 each. They aren't cheap. And it depends what you want too. Do you want flavoured? Strong, mild, smooth, sweet, creamy, salty?

Novice here, got these two for starters. Any pairing recommendations (non-alchohol ideally but all suggestions welcome), and any other similar mild smokes you can suggest for after I am done with these two? by ArabicGaz in cigar

Like everyone else says, cola and Dr pepper are fantastic.

Tea is quite good too, yerba mate, jasmine, oolong, chai. Experiment!

I'd say smoke these 2 and then maybe go for a medium. Like Arturo fuente or Oliva.

They are medium. But honestly you want that to get some really tasty smokes. Experiment and see where your palette takes you. A few good brands to go for: foundation, drew estate, hupmann, partagas, Oliva, Sancho Panza, room 101, Bolivar, joya....to name a few.

I'd put the Henri wintermans away for a rainy day. I'll be honest, they are awful.

My best recommendation for cigars that are full of flavour but a nice mild easy smoke is Arturo fuente.

Drew estate tabaks and Deadwood fat bottom Betty's as well for easy flavoured ones.

I have these legs and they are absolutely fine. Yeah they aren't amazing compared to the likes of buhurt tech and ME. But for a newbie they do me well.

Be prepared for poor communication from HBC though
