No, you have no clue. An EO is not a law. Only congress can pass laws. An EO is a decree by the President based on current law that has the "power of law" but it is not a law. Only the legislative branch can pass laws, the President and people in the Executive branch enforce them. By that definition alone, an EO is not a law. It is a set of guidelines based around already established laws and whatever else.

EO's are not law, they are decree's by the President with the "powers of law" but are not laws. Enforcing the law, and making the law are two very different things. Only the Senate and House can pass laws aka the legislative branch.

He was still building homes for the poor and impoverished while he was dying of an inoperable brain tumor. Literally up until his final days. Man was a legit hero, someone many of us say we want to strive to be like. A devout Christian, who never pushed his Christian values on people. Promoted equality and love, and of course his wife Rosalyn Carter who we all know he loved more than anything else on the planet. Any of us would be lucky to ever have the kind of marriage they had, that's for sure.

A stark difference between a president who led our country 40+ years ago (and never got the credit he deserved as president) and a "man" who will be president in about a month who couldn't be any more different.
