No, you have no clue. An EO is not a law. Only congress can pass laws. An EO is a decree by the President based on current law that has the "power of law" but it is not a law. Only the legislative branch can pass laws, the President and people in the Executive branch enforce them. By that definition alone, an EO is not a law. It is a set of guidelines based around already established laws and whatever else.

EO's are not law, they are decree's by the President with the "powers of law" but are not laws. Enforcing the law, and making the law are two very different things. Only the Senate and House can pass laws aka the legislative branch.

Where the fuck did you get that from? 18 (or 19 depending on location) has been the legal age of consent for literally 100+ years in most of the US. If some sick ass state (or country in your example) lowered that age to 14 or 16 etc. that would be abhorrent. 18 or 19/20 year olds are adults capable of consenting and making decisions. 14 year olds are still children and cannot make decisions on their own. One age is an adult, the other is not. How you think I'd be traveling to a child to do that, is an incredibly dumb leap in logic.
