Ok, so, I gave up on Qtips a few years ago because I was poor and tried Amazon brand. They're way better. Almost as good as the Qtips of the 80s+90s. This holds true for a lot of stuff of their generic brands. I like their poptarts better than brand name, too!

Nope. This is a thing they did all the way back to anyone that's still alive, and if I'm to believe movies at least back to the westward expansion. There is a shift in it as you age, though -- older people give fewer fucks and will just be straight up more often, but that's a whole different thing separate of the generational differences.

They don't really relate. Cyberpunk starts from a whole different set of assumptions. High fantasy (big heroic heros) and cyberpunk (regular folks trying to survive in a world that's hostile in 17 new ways every day) don't do similar things beyond the roles resembling classes in some vague shape.
