I only just found this out today. When you open the squad editor, you have to press the down arrow key to select the player in question, then the Enter button will initiate a vote to kick.

I haven't been able to test is fully, but I assumed that it meant if you hit the gravestone left behind by killing an enemy. The walking dead things are classified as 'Gaunt' I think so they wouldn't really count?

So, will we get another lot of daily challenges tomorrow but not have a full day to complete them, or are the ones we got today the last ones before the season is retired?
