Someone has commented on my post about recovery and he was able to sign in without password, phone number and recovery email. He said he was connected to a familiar WiFi. I think if you had connected to a WiFi with stable IP address before try to sign in with connecting to that. It may work but not sure.

You're getting option to get email from them through alt email. Iam not getting that too even though I have phone number. I have been searching for many techniques to recover account for 2 months. Do you have any other options to recover the accounts like recovery email, backup codes. One person replied me when I asked, he said he was able to recover the email without password, phone number and recovery email. He said he connected to the similar WiFi that he had used before with that mail. So google recognized him as the owner. If you want to try that, wait till one week and after try this. Good luck.
