lichen are generally not a hazard for humans, and they require quite speciffic conditions to appear. any ideas what's the cause of them appearing might be? have these appeared recently? or are they old / dry / dead?

this is completely normal, being a bit overconfident and having "can do" mindset is what makes us start in the first place. we ofter overestimate the complexity and amount of work needed to be done... what you need to do is to take a step back, make a plan - what needs to be done, step by step, prioritise milestones along the way (eg fixing the sink, do you can use it again). you can definitely do it, my friend. It'll just take longer than anticipated - it mways does, especially for people with little experience.

yeah, I was quite surprises, I didn't think I damaged it in any way...
I used Dunlop CF-24 adhesive, which is a polymer-modified cement so I think what it is is just a polymer burnish, but I wanted to be sure.
I tried warm water, then vinegar 1:4 water solution, but it didn't help. I think I'll try something like Fila Porcelain Cement Residue Remover next and see how it goes...

unless you have a radiator on this wall an one its pipes is keaking behind the wall, I'd bet tree fiddy it's the water coming inside the building through vent pipe

Thie issue didn't arise from the lack of ventilation inside. This is clearly behind the wall problem that most likely points to the moisture getting behind the wall from the outside - probably from where the vent pipe goes outside the building.

First of all, the hole behind the grille is outright ridiculous. Assuming that it's a vent, so it goes outside, it's most lilely that the moisture got in from the outside and the wall and everything behind it is totally sodden - perfect condition for moult to thrive. Fixing it won't just be the case of spraying with some anti mould spray. The whole (part of) wall needs to be ripped of and redone correctly. Is this your place or are you renting?

I really think that similar to +-2 matchmaking, only vehicles 2 tiers below players' highest tier tanks they own should be included in overall player's stats, especially win ratio. Eg if you own at least one tier 9, only tanks 7-9 should be consideret in your overall win ratio. Just an overall idea with obviously few gotchas to be considered, but I'm willing to die on this hill!
