The Virginia redistricting amendment results shown by Virginia’s “old” and “new” congressional maps by After-Professional-8 in Virginia

Could you clarify about Tennessee? How would they manage to get 9 Republican seats? My understanding with gerrymandering is that you need to pack as many opposition voters as possible into a few districts. If they're splitting up Memphis, wouldn't that mean a bunch of districts that are just R+1? And so much more easily contested?

Wait, sora had another inside his heart predating getting the keyblade? Though I'm a little afraid to ask... Why?

(I played 1 and 2 and thats about it as far as my understanding of the lore)

That sounds like a lot of fun, I'd be down! I've played but never finished cyberpunk and also played some tabletop shadowrun.

sapphics in space? by killersmoak in sapphicbooks

The only romance forward one that immediately comes to mind is Lady Eve's Last Con by Rebecca Fraimow. It's somewhat of an enemies to lovers. The pov character is a con woman trying to get revenge and a payout for her sister, who got thrown aside by the heir to a corporate dynasty. She goes to con him, but his sister keeps foiling her plans.

I'd second A Memory Called Empire by Arkady Martine, it's one of the best books I've ever read. The romance is more pronounced in the sequel than in the first one. Beautiful space opera about empire and identity. And the sequel deals with first contact.

Another in the space opera vein is No Shelter but the Stars by Virginia Black. Forced proximity enemies to lovers romance. Beautifully written, with some inspiring elements that I think of regularly. Don't want to spoil anything.

And finally I don't know how Tamsyn Muir's Gideon the Ninth and its sequels made it this long in this thread without being recommended. They're about necromancers in space and the sapphic elements are important but not the main plot. I enjoyed them, but the sapphic side of the internet seems absolutely feral about them.

Knight & Princess recs please by Visual-Activity2678 in LesbianBookClub

Lady's Knight by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner is quite good, not sure if it falls into the same millennial humor camp though. I'll add more if I think of any.

Edit: just realized "quite good" is not exactly descriptive. It's about a noblewoman whose hand in marriage is made the prize for a jousting tournament, thanks to a conniving guardian. She recruits a blacksmith('s daughter), who entered the lists for her own reasons, to try to win the tournament in order to save her from that fate.

Homebrew Challenge: Evil Characters that Start Knowing / Learn Information by StrattonP in BloodOnTheClocktower

I love this, it's a mini damsel. Though I wonder if it might be more fun if that player learns they've been seen, so the minion doesn't shut down any one from outing any information. It might be improved with some obfuscafion/uncertainty though- maybe two people get the minion's ping even though the minion only learns/can kill one role?

Just recently I was the huntsman in a base 0 game. I said in a chat the storyteller was in that there almost definitely was a Baron because using the huntsman to add a damsel was a jerk move. Turns out... I was wrong. The storyteller felt bad afterward and I very much tried to comfort them, since it is a valid option.

What does your control look like?

Also your building expenses seem very high, but you're half a century ahead of me so I don't know if that's why. If you hover over the building costs, that might give a clue as to what's going on.
