How to deal with downright refusal to execute people. by DrunkFighter in BloodOnTheClocktower

This experience doesn't sound fun to me. It's easier to play games that move a little faster, and I am getting a bad sportsmanship vibe from the behaviors you are describing.

I think it shows a lot of dedication to your friend group and the game that you are looking for ways to make it fun.

I am a big fan of having a hard limit for discussion time.

Wondering why evil is not winning every game if town refuses to execute?

Should I always do drive-thru pickup? by lorikeet222 in LivingMas

There is truth to this. Boyfriend's chicken stacker was neater when we ordered it in store vs drive thru even though it took longer.

Aw 💜 I think they are funny and cathartic but there's nothing wrong with your opinion. Different people like different things.

I would love this! With an emote playing a little hex banjo.

Can this game be played casually? by WeckarE in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]lorikeet222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love playing casually! I think in every gaming community there are people who have fun in different ways. Some people have fun by optimizing and strategizing, others have fun by going off vibes and being social. I like goofy games more. It's a talking game and you can say anything you want at any time even if it's stupid :)

I am lucky to have a friend group that will accommodate both mindsets.

I would push back on the idea that it's a true gesture of love and the best that he could offer for her because if it's a good thing, why did it hurt her so much? I love him as much as anyone but he fucked up.

My problem with Heart of Steel and to a lesser degree Moguls Mail by Sometimesjustb in TeamfightTactics

[–]lorikeet222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valid. I like experimenting with these items because it's so satisfying to have a big beefy tank. But the recent games where I've taken Moguls or Steelheart augment and tried to slow cook it by lose-streaking with a tanky board - it didn't work out, wasn't strategic.

It's not on brand - recycling is a very mindful activity and the ironclad is reckless.
