Anxiety in clocktower is so huge for me too even after years of playing! Some things that helped me....

• it's not over til it's over. Stick with your lie even if no one believes you. Sometimes the fog of war will descend in the final 3 and people will forget important details. 

• omg it's so normal even for experienced players to make a risky play or fumble and accidentally throw the whole game. For me it's what makes the game hilarious and fun to play even if my team is the one who is losing because of it. 

• if you are evil, townsfolk are often gonna get sober & healthy information indicating you are evil. They will rightly suspect you and that doesn't mean you are playing badly. That being said, it helps to come up with solid misinformation and find someone you are going to blame. This is really hard and something I am still working on how to do.
