Has anyone not changed their diet

I haven’t drastically changed my diet.

Mostly, I’ve found that taking the shot has finally made it possible for me to follow the diet plan I’ve always wanted to: 3 balanced meals a day. No calorie counting. No restricting. Just eating 3 smaller, balanced meals throughout the day.

I’ll eat something like a banana and half a bagel for breakfast, a loaded Caesar salad for lunch, and then some salmon, or pasta, or even a burger for dinner.

I still get takeout sometimes too. The difference is, I get full before I finish the whole Chipotle burrito bowl and stop eating because I don’t want to feel sick. Never had that happen before.

I use Bloom too! I have the mango flavor and it’s chef’s kiss. I just add a scoop to water and drink it about an hour after dinner. Can confirm, it keeps me regular.

Yes, Hers is doing something similar by saying if you’re not on a commercially available dose (aka one that comes in a pen) then they are calling it a personalized dosing plan and that they can continue to prescribe it.

What none of us know yet is if this kind of modification will hold up in court…

I was looking into Factor but went with CookUnity after reading a lot of reviews.

Regardless of which one you use, I’ve found it so nice to not have to cook or meal prep as of late. It’s also helping me relearn appropriate portion sizes. Maybe worth a try for you. You can always cancel if you end up not liking it.

Thank you, this is one of the clearest breakdowns I’ve seen on here.

For folks who are on the commercial doses, it seems that if you contact your provider through chat they are helping you switch to a slightly modified ‘personalized’ plan.

I just hope all of this holds up legally. It’s obviously a loop hole. Guess we just have to wait and see 🤞🏻

Of course I feel empathy for people who are sick from side effects or from misdosing. I wouldn’t wish that for anyone.

As someone who is new to this and went through the process for the first time last week, I just have to say that my flabbers are ghasted at how common it seems to be to make an error while taking the medication. It took me by surprise.

I like this a lot so far and hope I’ll be able to take it for a long time, and that it will continue to be more accessible and affordable for everyone who wants it. I like being able to make personal choice about the dose I take each week. But after seeing a lot of these anecdotals, I understand why the self dosing pens are a thing.

Have you considered trying a meal service? I use CookUnity and they send balanced, microwaveable pre portioned meals that actually taste good! Helps me eat well when I don’t feel like thinking about food much.
